RETURN POLICY

Our return policy covers everything we sell except for Demonia Shoes: DEMONIA SHOE RETURN POLICY
 RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF
  • Items are returned to us in new condition.
  • Items are returned to us in unworn condition.
  • Items are returned to us within 30 days.
RETURNS MAY BE DENIED IF
  • Items are not returned in their original condition.
  • Items that were damaged after you received them.
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD

No problem at all! You can return items purchased with a gift card, however, your refund will also come in the form of a gift card. The person who purchased the gift card will receive a gift card credit code. The amount of the credit will be equal to the value of your return.

RETURNING USED OR WORN "ONCE" ITEMS

If you return something to us that has been worn or that you have damaged in any way, your refund will be denied. Furthermore, we will not pay to ship the item back to you. Your item will be discarded unless you choose to pay the return shipping fee to have us ship it back to you. So please don't even think about it. ♥ Thanx ♥

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy covers everything we sell except for Demonia Shoes: DEMONIA SHOE REFUND POLICY
WRONG SIZE OR WRONG ITEM:

There are never any return or exchange fees if you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered. That would be totally our fault and we will correct it for you free of charge, of course. We will always refund you for the full cost of the item as well as your original shipping cost for the item. DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS NEED AN APPROVAL:

We always need to verify that the item you received was defective. Please email us right away if you believe the item is defective. You must include images of the defect in your email. Please also include a description of the defect, your order number (if you know it) and we will get back to you right away. If you do not provide images of the defect in your email, the return process will be delayed. So please do not forget. To start your return or exchange please email us at sales@toofast.com

We will inspect your return and process your refund after we receive your return. Refunds are credited to your original payment method, please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, although most show on the next business day.

RETURNING FOR STYLE OR FIT ISSUE

We accept returns on items that you don't like, that doesn't fit or if you simply change your mind. But in this situation there are return/exchange fees.

RETURN ITEM FEE FOR STYLE OR FIT:  $5 

We gladly accept exchanges as long as the item you are returning is not on our non-returnable items, the return process is started within 30 days of receipt and the item is still in new, unworn condition. If you just don't love it for whatever reason and you decide that you want to return it, no problem! But there will be a $5 fee which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of providing you with a free shipping label to return the item to us.

EXCHANGE ITEM FEE FOR STYLE OR FIT: $10 

We gladly accept exchanges as long as the item you are returning is not on our non-returnable items, the return process is started within 30 days of receipt and the item is still in new, unworn condition. However, you will be responsible to pay certain fees. See below. exchange an item for style or fit issues, you will be charged a $10 exchange item fee. This covers the cost for you to ship the item back to us & also the cost for us to ship the item back to you.

RETURN PORTAL

Please use our return portal to quickly and accurately process your refund when you have received an item you don't love. The only thing you will need to get your return started is your order number. If you do not know your order number, please double check your old emails or texts from Too Fast, and if you still can not find it, email us at: sales@toofast.com.

As soon as your return has been received and inspected your refund will be processed. Refunds are credited to your original payment method, please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, although most show on the next business day. See below for missing or late refunds.

USE THE RETURN PORTAL IF:
  • Your item doesn't fit
  • You don't like the way it looks on you.
  • You changed your mind.
  • Your not absolutely in love with it.
DO NOT USE THE RETURN PORTAL IF:
  • You are returning shoes.
  • You received a defective item.
  • You received the wrong size or item.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    You will receive an email from us when your refund has been processed. Refunds sometimes take up to 10 business days. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Please note, we have rarely, if ever have seen refunds that take longer than a few days to process. But if you haven’t received your refund & it has been at least 10 business days from the day we confirmed your refund..

    LOCATE A MISSING REFUND

    • Double check your payment accounts transaction page, maybe you missed it?
    • Email us & ask us to provide you with a transaction number for your refund.
    • Your payment provider should be able to locate your refund with a transaction number.
    • Contact your payment provider:
      • Give them the transaction id we provided you.
      • Ask them why you haven’t received your refund.
