RETURNS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED. 
EXCHANGES ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED. 

If you have not received an items from your order, but you were charged for the item, of course we will refund you for that item. If you think that you have received a defective item, please read below and then contact us at sales@toofast.com. 

REFUND POLICY

WRONG SIZE OR WRONG ITEM:

There are never any return or exchange fees if you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered. That would be totally our fault and we will correct it for you free of charge, of course. We will always refund you for the full cost of the item as well as your original shipping cost for the item. DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS NEED AN APPROVAL:

We always need to verify that the item you received was defective. Please email us right away if you believe the item is defective. You must include images of the defect in your email. Please also include a description of the defect, your order number (if you know it) and we will get back to you right away. If you do not provide images of the defect in your email, the return process will be delayed. So please do not forget. To start your return or exchange please email us at sales@toofast.com

We will inspect your return and process your refund after we receive your return. Refunds are credited to your original payment method, please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, although most show on the next business day.
