- ALLOW FOR 1-2 DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING.
- PROCESSING TIME MAY BE EXTENDED DURING THE HOLIDAYS OR A SALE EVENT.
- SHOES ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM DEMONIA'S WAREHOUSE. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND 7-10 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT "SHIPPING TIME" REFERS TO THE NUMBER OF DAYS YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE IN TRANSIT, NOT INCLUDING PROCESSING TIME.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND PACKAGE PROTECTION
UPS SHIPPING
UPS is the most reliable shipping service available. We strongly suggest shipping your order with UPS if the value is over $100. Package protection is always included on packages that ship with UPS via the UPS website. In the rare case, where UPS does lose a package, it's pretty quick and simple to file a claim through their site and they will normally reimburse you pretty fast! See below:
USPS SHIPPING
Packages that ship through the US Postal Service are not normally protected from loss or damage. But Too Fast will cover product loss or damages on orders shipped with USPS that are under $100 value. If you have an issue with an order valued under $100 that shipped via the US Post Office contact us right away and we will take care of it. You may be asked to provide proof of damage via images but that's about it. Our email is sales@toofast.com

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We will email you a tracking number. Shipping times are subject to change during the peak holiday season. Please note: if an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will adjust your total based on availability and ship your order. We do not back-order any items.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (3-5 days for international). Also, remember we only ship orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking information in it! If you're still concerned your order may have gone missing, simply email sales@toofast.com and we'll look into it for you.
Your tracking number won’t be recognized for approximately 24 hours from the time your order shipped. Try tracking your package again the following day-it should work by then.
If you were charged for an item you did not receive, obviously please let us know right away, we are more than happy to fix any errors.
Maybe! If the order has not shipped and you would like to change the shipping address, email us asap. We might be able to change the destination of your package before it leaves our warehouse.
Unfortunately, no, once your order has been picked up and is on its way, there is no way for us to re-route the package. .. Sorry!

We ship our orders every business day - that's Monday through Friday, not counting any of those pesky public holidays. So if you order on a weekend, we'll get your gear shipped out first thing Monday or whenever the week kicks off!
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, however, this is subject to change during peak holiday season.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Your shipping price will be automatically calculated online at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated by package weight, package size, and shipping destination. If your shipping address is outside of the USA, there may also be taxes and duties as well.
Certain countries charge additional customs fees and/or additional independent carrier charges. Too Fast can not anticipate these costs. You will be responsible for them. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.
No we are not able to designate any packages as gifts. Sorry!
