SHIPPING OPTIONS AND PACKAGE PROTECTION

UPS SHIPPING

UPS is the most reliable shipping service available. We strongly suggest shipping your order with UPS if the value is over $100. Package protection is always included on packages that ship via UPS. In the rare case that UPS loses a package, it's quick and easy to file a claim with them, and they will reimburse you pretty fast too!

While USPS Ground Advantage does offer some protection for misplaced or damaged packages, it's not a guarantee. But the good news is that lost packages are found most of the time!! So, if your order takes a detour through Wonderland or ends up at the wrong castle, fear not! We'll do our best to walk you through the claim process so you can either get a refund or even better, get your goodies back. Please contact us at sales@toofast.com so we can help!

THE FIRST THINGS TO DO WHEN A PACKAGE IS LOST:
  • Double-check any and all areas around your mailbox.
  • Ask your neighbors, friends or family if they received your package accidentally.
  • If you still can’t locate it, we suggest calling your local post office and explaining the situation to them.  Give them the tracking number and see what they can do to help you find your package.

Hopefully, by this point, someone will have found your package! But if that’s not the case, then we suggest the following steps…

FILE A USPS CLAIM: 
  1. REGISTER FOR USPS ACCOUNT or SIGN IN TO USPS ACCOUNT
  2. COMPLETE A HELP REQUEST FORM
  3. SUBMIT A MISSING MAIL SEARCH
  4. SUBMIT A CLAIM

    STILL HAVE QUESTIONS, NO PROBLEM...

    Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We will email you a tracking number. Shipping times are subject to change during the peak holiday season. Please note: if an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will adjust your total based on availability and ship your order. We do not back-order any items.

    We ship our orders every business day - that's Monday through Friday, not counting any of those pesky public holidays. So if you order on a weekend, we'll get your gear shipped out first thing Monday or whenever the week kicks off!

    Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, however, this is subject to change during peak holiday season.

    Maybe!  If the order has not shipped and you would like to change the shipping address,  email us asap. We might be able to change the destination of your package before it leaves our warehouse.

    Sorry, once your order has been picked up and is on its way, there is no way for us to re-route the package.

    Your tracking number won’t be recognized for approximately 24 hours from the time your order shipped. Try tracking your package again the following day-it should work by then.

    Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (3-5 days for international).  Also, remember we only ship orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking information in it! If you're still concerned your order may have gone missing, simply email sales@toofast.com and we'll look into it for you.

    If you were charged for an item you did not receive, please let us know right away, we are more than happy to fix any errors!

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Your shipping price will be automatically calculated online at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated by package weight, package size, and shipping destination. If your shipping address is outside of the USA, there may also be taxes and duties as well.

    Certain countries charge additional customs fees and/or additional independent carrier charges. Too Fast can not anticipate these costs. You will be responsible for them. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.

    No we are not able to designate any packages as gifts. Sorry!
