USPS 1ST CLASS MAIL DISCLAIMER:
The US Postal Service makes no delivery guarantee on their First Class Mail Service. This affects both International and Domestic orders. Therefore, if you choose USPS First Class Mail to ship your order and you do not add Convoy Shipment Protection to your purchase, USPS will not be held liable for lost, stolen or delayed packages. They won’t be able to tell you when your order will arrive or that it will arrive at all! Likewise, Too Fast will no longer refund lost or damaged packages that were shipped with USPS 1st Class Mail, but this is exactly why we added the option to purchase Convoy’s inexpensive yet full coverage shipment insurance.
CONVOY PACKAGE PROTECTION
WHAT IS CONVOY PACKAGE PROTECTION?
Convoy provides complete package protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Their inexpensive shipment insurance is an optional service that is now available for all Too Fast orders. The cost to insure most orders is only .99¢, although fees do vary depending on your total order value.
ITS BEEN 20 DAYS, WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If it’s been a couple weeks and you still have not received your order, obviously the first thing you should do is check the tracking. If the tracking number hasn’t shown movement or updates in a few days we suggest you file a claim through Convoy right away. Your order will be fully covered for the original value as long as you file within 30 days.
SO WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES OR IS STOLEN?
If you add Convoy shipment protection to your order, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged package in the unfortunate case that they arise. Claims are quickly reviewed and responded to, usually within 24 hours.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your order arrives damaged and you suspect it was damaged during shipment, simply file a claim with Convoy. They will be happy to help replace or refund the damaged merchandise. However, if you suspect the damage occurred during manufacturing, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to remedy the situation for you quickly.
HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM FOR MY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ORDER?
If you insured your order with Convoy, you will receive a confirmation email from Convoy with a link to file a claim or you can file a claim using the link below, just be sure you have your order id ready!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. We will email you a tracking number. Shipping times are subject to change during the peak holiday season. Please note: if an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will adjust your total based on availability and ship your order. We do not back-order any items.
WHY DOESN'T THE LINK TO MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOW ANY INFO?
Your tracking number won’t be recognized for approximately 24 hours from the time your order shipped. Try tracking your package again the following day-it should work by then.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing (3-5 days for international). Also, remember we only ship orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking information in it! If you're still concerned your order may have gone missing, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it for you.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT ITEM(S) WERE MISSING?
If you were charged for an item you did not receive, obviously please let us know right away, we are more than happy to fix any errors.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED?
Unfortunately, no we are unable to do that, once your order is out the door, we are unable to re-route it. But we are able to change the destination of your package before it leaves our warehouse. So try and hit us up as quick as you can if you need a change.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the shipping address pag see the price for your order.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR TAXES AND DUTIES?
Certain countries charge additional customs fees and/or additional independent carrier charges. Too Fast can not anticipate these costs. You will be responsible for them. You may want to contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.
CAN YOU MARK MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
No we are not able to designate any packages as gifts. Sorry!
