Refund policy

WE ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON MOST ITEMS.  HOWEVER, WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
  • Items are in new condition.
  • Items are unworn & all tags are attached.
  • Items were purchased within the last 30 days.
WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THESE ITEMS..
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items
    RETURNS MAY BE DENIED IF...
    • Items are not returned in their original condition.
    • Items that were damaged after you received them.
    • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD…

    We will accept returns on items purchased with a gift card as long as they meet the return requirements listed above. Please note that if you are returning an item that was purchased with a gift card, the refund will also come in the form of a gift card. The person who purchased the gift card will receive a gift card credit code. The amount of the credit will be equal to the value amount of your return.

    RETURNING USED OR WORN "ONCE" ITEMS

    If you return something to us that has been worn or that you have damaged in any way, your refund will be denied. Furthermore, we will not pay to ship the item back to you. Your item will be discarded unless you choose to pay the return shipping fee to have us ship it back to you. So please don't even think about it. Thanx!

    REFUND POLICY ON EVERYTHING EXCEPT SHOES

    REFUND POLICY ON DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If you have received a defective item or the wrong item there are never any return fees, as it is totally our fault! We will always refund you for the cost of the item as well as your original shipping cost, just shoot us an email to start the process. Please note, that we will need to verify that the item you received was defective. You can speed up the return process by including images of the defect in your email. After we approve the return, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can ship the item back to us at no cost to you. 

    REFUND POLICY ON ITEMS WITH A STYLE OR FIT ISSUE:

    We will accept your return as long as the item you are returning is not on our non-returnable items, the return is started within 30 days of receipt and the item is still in new, unworn condition. However, If you would like to return something to us because you don’t like the fit or style, we will deduct a standard $8.00 fee from your total refund. The $8.00 fee covers the cost of the return shipping label, which we provide you to ship the item back to us. The $8.00 fee applies to all of the following situations.

    • The item you ordered is too big or too small.
    • You just don't like the way the item fits.
    • You don't like the way it looks on you.
    • You changed your mind.

    OUR RETURN PORTAL

    For all returns that do not include shoes please use our return portal to quickly and accurately process your refund. The only thing you need to get started is your order number. If you do not know your order number, please double-check your email or texts from Too Fast, and if you still can not find it, you can email us to request it, just click here.

    As soon as your return has been received and inspected your refund will be processed. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment, please note that credits can take up to 10 business days to appear, although most show on the next business day.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow these steps, but remember that it may take up to 14 days before your refund is posted to your account. And unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands.:

    • Check your bank account & credit card again.
    • Contact the credit card company (their phone number should appear on the back of your credit card.)
    • Contact your bank. Ask them about their refund processing times.
