balancing out to a 3

literally cannot edit last review so balancing it out to a 3 this way. material is incredibly stiff, shipping takes longer than expected, "order has shipped" email arrives two minutes before "order has been delivered" email. as stated, material is very stiff, and since it ships somewhat crushed, it needs to first undergo rigorous shaping before even being safe to wear.
