Good customer service but disappointing product

Item arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I expected a sweater of better fabric quality and make for the price I paid. At best, it's just a generic unisex sweater with something stamped on it. Material was stuffy and stiff and hard to wear. Too fast was great about returning the item and giving me my money back. However, I do not recommend this item. It's just not worth the price.
