RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange any item you received for a different size or even for a totally different item. However, we do charge a $10.00 exchange fee which covers your cost to ship the item back to us, as well as the cost for us to ship the new item to you.
We will gladly accept your return and also refund you the cost of the item, less the return shipping fee of $5.00, once we receive your return.
If you received an something you believe is defective, first, we would like to say we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you! And in order for us to rectify the situation, please use the link below to email us a description of the defect as well as images that clearly show the defect. After we approve the return, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can ship the item back to us at no cost to you.
If you received something in a size other than the size you ordered, or if you received the wrong item altogether, please don't worry!! We got you! And of course, there are never any fees for you in this situation.
While we do accept returns on shoes that don’t fit or for reasons related to style, there are quite a few fees associated with this type of return. Please read the following info carefully before choosing to return your shoes:
- Shoes must be returned in the original packaging, clean, unused, and in salable condition.
- Returns will not be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in it the original shoe box, or if the packaging bears any handwritten marks.
- Shoe returns must be received by Demonia no later than 30 days from the date you received your order.
- Any returns received after the 30-day return window will only receive a maximum refund of 50% instead of the typical 85%.
- No returns at all will be accepted after 180 days.
- There is a 15% restocking fee to return Demonia shoes for any reason other than the manufacturer's defect.
- You will be responsible for buying the postage to ship the shoes back to Demonia.
- You will only be refunded 85% of the price you paid for the shoes.
- You will not be refunded for the original shipping fee on your order.

If you choose to ship via the US Postal Service (USPS), the order value was under $100, and your package has been damaged or lost in transit you are eligible for a 100% refund. The refund amount will be equal to the total amount you paid, including shipping.
If you choose to ship your order with UPS and your package has been damaged or was lost in transit you are eligible for a 100% refund. See below:
