I love this company's customer service and their customer communication. They informed me that the item I purchased would take some time to arrive. It felt reassuring that I didn't have to reach out wondering about when the product would arrive, they had reached out to me first and I appreciate that so much. I really love the shoes but when I opened the box, one of the rivets was broken. I'm assuming during shopping or something happened during package manufacturing. Unfortunately this was an item that couldn't be returned so my husband had to go out and buy a rivet kit from a craft store and fix it in order for me to wear it to an event I had planned to wear them to. Things happen and I'm not too disappointed. Over all I would totally shop Too Fast again in the future.
