Return Fees

RETURNS ARE NOT ALWAYS FREE.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING YOUR RETURN.

Basically, if you are returning for any reason other than a manufacturers defect or because you received the wrong item, you will most likely be charged an $8.00 return shipping fee. This fee covers the cost of the shipping label you receive to send the item back to us. Please read on for more info...

IF YOU RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM

There are never any return fees, it is totally our fault! We will always refund you for the cost of the item as well + your original shipping cost. The only thing we ask from you is to send us photos of the defective item. If you are returning due to a defect, please feel free to speed up the return process by including the images in your initial email. After we approve the return, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can ship the item back to us at no cost to you. And exchanging that item or just replacing that item, we will also reship the correct item back to you.

IF YOU HAVE A STYLE OR FIT ISSUE:

You can return or exchange most items as long as you return within the 30 day return window and the item you are returning is not listed as a non-returnable item. Click here for that list:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

However, when you return the item/s for any of the following reasons, we do deduct an $8.00 flat fee from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping.

REASONS WE DEDUCT $8.00 FROM YOUR REFUND
  • You don't like the way the item fits.
  • Because it is too big or too small.
  • You don't like the way it looks on you.
  • You just changed your mind.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

Before we can send you a refund and a pre-paid return shipping label, we do need to approve your return. But don't worry that's fairly simple! Just let us know why you are returning the item and if it is because in the item is defective please provide images of the item so that we can move forward quickly with your refund...

We ask that you use our new return portal in order to quickly and accurately process your refund. The only thing you need to get started is your order number. If you do not know your order number, please double check your email or texts from Too Fast, and if you still can not find it, you can email us to request it, just click here.  

As soon as your return has been received and inspected your refund will be processed. Refunds are credited to your original method of payment, please note that credits can take up to 10 business days to appear, although most show on the next business day.

RETURNING USED OR WORN "ONCE" ITEMS

If you return something to us that has been worn or that you have damaged in any way, your refund will be denied. Furthermore, we will not pay to ship the item back to you. So the item will be discarded unless you choose to pay the return shipping fee to have us ship it back to you. Please don't even think about trying this.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account & credit card again.
  • Contact the credit card company first, their phone number should appear on the back of your credit card.
  • Remember that as stated earlier, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Wait a full 10 business days before moving on.
